How can we do a Pass/Fail quiz and get it back to a value?

For exemple, we have a quiz with 20 questions. Each question is 1 point so the maximum grade is 20. I would like studends having 15 points or more pass the quiz and students having 14 points or less fail the quiz.

After that I would like all the students who pass the quiz get 20 points and all the students who fail the quiz get only 5 points (of course students who did not take the quiz get 0 point).
